We need your support and assistance with the following tasks:


Administrative & organisational tasks
  • Calendar & appointment management for customers and management
  • Scheduling and coordination of consultants and projects
  • Project support and point of contact for customers and consultants
  • Creation and management of documents, results documentation, presentations and templates
  • Mailbox management and general administrative support

Customer care

  • Friendly and professional answering of customer calls
  • Processing customer enquiries and providing initial solutions
  • Forwarding of requests to the responsible teams
  • Documentation of customer contacts & follow-up of open requests

Sales & Proposal Management

  • Creation & follow-up of offers until conclusion of the contract
  • Order processing: acceptance, confirmation & internal forwarding
  • Sales activities & project monitoring
  • Creation of documents and presentations for management

Marketing and communication

  • Maintaining newsletter content and social media channels
  • Selling publishing and software products
  • Acquiring addresses via Xing, LinkedIn, etc.

Data and document management

  • Document control & storage of relevant documents
  • Access data collection & administration of customer platforms

Seminar & event management

  • Organisation & execution of events
  • Seminar management & control of workflows


Your profile – no standard CV required
