1st day of the event: Wednesday, February 28, 2018
The first day of the event will be conducted by Winfried Dietz of DIETZ Consultants, with a welcome speech and a presentation on FMEA and risk management. The fundamental issue of his lecture: Does risk management and FMEA prevent innovations?
Prof. Dr. Thomas Prefi from P3 engineering company, delves deeper in the question "How do “perpetual beta” and "good enough quality" fit the FMEA and German perfection? "
After a short break, the morning will be rounded off with two more lectures. Mr. Hans-Joachim Pfeufer, project leader of the VDA working group “FMEA Alignment AIAG and VDA” talks about the AIAG / VDA FMEA methodology description before Raj Harricharran of Spellman High Voltage Electronics Inc. offers participants essential tips on how to use FMEA for processes and products globally.
After we join each other for lunch, Dr. Alexander Schloske from Fraunhofer IPA, conducts the next round of lectures with an evaluation of the harmonised methodology description of AIAG and FMEA. Thereafter, Sven Ludwig from Takata AG reports on DRBFM and FMEA in the agile environment of product development.
The last presentation of an exciting first day of the event will be interactive. Would you like to know the topic? The FMEA Coaching Slam - three experts - three topics! (The slightly different ways of learning). The session will be moderated by Ralf Wohlleben of Porsche Engineering Services GmbH.The evening will be spent together after a night watchman tour through the old town of Osnabrück in the brewery of Rampendahl.
2nd day of the event: Thursday, March 01, 2018
After we join each other for breakfast buffet, the second day of the event begins with Kai Karin Baum from bmc Business Management and Consulting & Education. Her lecture addresses the subject of continuing further education in the age of digitisation using the example of FMEA & Digital FMEA.Linda Armbruster from ETH Zurich, will talk about Design Thinking and the interaction between collaborative creativity and risk management.
Andreas Reuter of REUSCH Rechtsanwälte, completes the morning round with his lecture on "Product liability, -compliance, special features, develpoment care (ISO 26262), setup of a compliance organisation / contract design”.This is followed by two presentations in the field of AIAG & VDA methodology description. Mr. Tilman Tillmann from VDA QMC China, discusses challenges and chances of the new methodology description in China. Mr. Wolfgang Hinrichs, Daimler AG talks about basics of the FMEA-MSR and the interaction with Design-FMEA.
Winfried Dietz of Dietz Consultants will complete the forum with his final presentation at 13:30 hrs.
